Space, mid-third millennium. Due to the population growth in the earthly Catan colonies, the Earth government decides to establish additional colonies on planets in uninhabited star systems. You embark in your spaceships to distant star systems, with the goal of establishing new colonies, but also ensuring prosperous trade relations with the peoples of the Galactic Council. At the beginning of your journey, Earth provided you with resources, but as the distance grew, your need to ensure your survival increased. You must explore the routes of the solar system and establish productive colonies there, build space stations, and construct new spacecraft that will enable you to fulfill your mission. Another obstacle in your path is the Galactic Pirate Gang, gathered together under the black pirate flag. They emerge from disguised bases and attack, with their often well-armed spaceships, the trading vessels of the peace-loving peoples. Can you demonstrate the necessary courage to push the pirates back into their lairs and manage relations between the peoples of the Galactic Council in the spirit of peace and tolerance? Will you earn the honorable title of Governor of the Stars?
