Temporary Benefits Regulations for August 2026 - Toys R Us (Hypertoy Ltd.)

1. The Benefits:

a. A variety of kindergarten and school bags up to 30% off.

b. A variety of craft kits, buy one get the second 50% off.

c. A variety of learning supplies, buy one get one free.

d. Little Darling brand items at 40% off.

e. A variety of summer products up to 30% off.

f. A variety of different checkout products at various discounts.

(Hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Benefits").

2. Terms of Benefits and Redemption Method:

a. "Eligible Customer":

  • When redeeming the benefit on the chain's website – any customer of the chain;

  • When redeeming the benefit in the chain's physical stores - only loyalty club members.

b. The benefit is valid for one month only, in accordance with the validity period stated in section 4 of these regulations, and can be redeemed on the company's website and/or in all chain branches only during the benefit period. 

c. This benefit can be combined with other benefits, but it is not combinable with coupon codes on the website and/or in the chain's branches, unless otherwise specified. 

d. For purchases in the chain's physical stores, payment can be made using accepted payment methods in the chain, including consumer clubs participating in an arrangement with the chain, while for purchases on the chain's website, payment will be made by credit card only (including Apple Pay and Google Pay).

e. This benefit does not apply to other products not included in the benefit or to complementary products.

f. The benefits detailed in these regulations are valid only for Toys R Us branches and the chain's website.

  1. Provider of the benefits detailed above:

  • The provider of the benefits detailed in section 1: Hypertoy Ltd., Company No. 514638303 (hereinafter "the Company" and/or "the Chain"). 

  1. Limitations for June Benefit: 

  • Benefit validity: 01.07.2026 - 31.07.2026 only ("Benefit Period");

  • In case of any contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications regarding the benefit, including in the press, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail for all intents and purposes;

  • The Company may at any time discontinue the benefit or change its terms. In the event of such a change in terms, the change will apply from the date of the change onwards;

  • These regulations constitute a binding agreement between the eligible customer and the Company;

  • The regulations will be available for review on the Company's website and at the Company's offices at 7 Tulipman, Rishon LeZion.

  1. Miscellaneous:

  • These regulations may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to the provisions of the law.

  • The purchaser has read the provisions of these regulations and hereby waives any claim, demand and/or lawsuit for non-conformity or misrepresentation against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf regarding the benefit and/or what is stated about it in these regulations.

  • The law applicable to these regulations and all arising therefrom is the law applicable in Israel. The competent courts to hear these regulations shall be the courts with substantive jurisdiction in the city of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
