Introduction

The internet currently serves as the largest repository of free information for all users, especially those with disabilities. As such, we place great importance on providing equal access to the information presented on the website for people with disabilities, and on enabling a better browsing experience.
We strive to ensure that digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, and therefore, significant resources have been invested to facilitate the use of the website for people with disabilities, as much as possible, based on the belief that every person deserves the right to live in equality, dignity, comfort, and independence.

This website's accessibility was implemented by "Nagish B'Klik" - a website accessibility company.

The website complies, as much as possible, with the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013. The accessibility adjustments were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for Internet Content Accessibility at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 document.
The website provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the common usage pattern for keyboard operation. This website is powered by accessibility software from "Nagish B'Klik" and operates through a dedicated accessibility server. The software enables the website to adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA level web content accessibility guidelines. The software is subject to the manufacturer's terms of use and privacy policy, as well as the website owner's privacy policy.
An accessibility menu is available on the website. Clicking the accessibility button opens the menu containing accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic in the menu, please wait for the page to load.

Toys "R" Us offers reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities, located near the store entrance. Convenient access routes and passages. The interior space in Toys "R" Us branches is designed with an emphasis on extra-wide passages, to allow comfortable passage for wheelchairs or other walking aids.
Accessible checkouts, good lighting throughout the business premises for customers with visual impairments.
A large number of the chain's branches have accessible restrooms.
Personal assistance from warehouse staff and store employees in transporting and loading purchased equipment to the customer's vehicle.

Clarification
Despite our efforts to make all pages of the site accessible, some pages may not yet be accessible, or a suitable technological solution has not yet been found.
We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the site, as much as possible, out of a belief and moral commitment to enable the use of the site for all populations, including people with disabilities.
