Catan: Starfarers

Come and discover Catan as you've never known it and never dared to dream.

Space. Mid-third millennium. Due to population growth in the terrestrial Catan colonies, the Earth government decides to establish additional colonies on planets in uninhabited star systems. You launch your spacecraft to distant star systems, with the goal of establishing new colonies, but also ensuring the cultivation of thriving trade relations with the peoples of the Galactic Council. At the beginning of your journey, Earth supplied you with resources, but as the distance grew, so did your need to ensure your survival. You must explore the routes of the star system and establish productive colonies there, build space stations, and construct new spacecraft that will allow you to fulfill your mission.

Another obstacle in your way is the Galactic Pirate gang, gathered together under the black pirate flag. They emerge from camouflaged bases and attack, usually with their well-armed spacecraft, the trading vessels of the peace-loving peoples.

Can you show the necessary courage to push the pirates back to their lairs and manage the relations between the peoples of the Galactic Council in accordance with the spirit of peace and tolerance? Will you earn the honorable title of Governor of the Stars?
