Cancellation Policy

1. A user who has placed an order on the website may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law"), the main points of which are set forth below.

2. A user who has made a transaction to purchase products on the website will be entitled to cancel the purchase of the products, from the day the transaction was made, and up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later), or to exchange them in accordance with the provisions of sections 11 – 14 below.

3. Notwithstanding the above, a distance selling transaction cannot be canceled for:

3.1 Perishable goods (including food products, flowers, medicines, etc.);

3.2. Hospitality, travel, vacation, or entertainment services – if the cancellation date of the transaction falls within 7 non-rest days, prior to the date on which the service is to be provided;

3.3. Information as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995;

3.4. Goods manufactured especially for the user as a result of the transaction;

3.5. Goods that can be recorded, duplicated, or reproduced, and whose original packaging has been opened by the user.

4. If the user is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant (as defined in the Consumer Protection Law), the user will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date the transaction was made, from the date of receipt of the products or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later), provided that the engagement in the transaction included a conversation between the company and the user. The company may require the user to present an appropriate certificate, all in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

5. If the user has a right to cancel the transaction according to the Consumer Protection Law, they will be able to do so by means of a cancellation notice delivered to the company or a request to replace the products (together hereinafter: "the Notice") by one of the following methods:

6. If the user wishes to cancel the transaction after receiving the products, the user shall return, at their own expense, the products to the Company to one of the branches. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the cancellation was due to a defect or malfunction in the product and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the Company will collect the products from the place where they were delivered to the user. The user will coordinate the collection date of the products with the Company by contacting the Company as detailed in section 5 above.

7. The Company will be entitled to deduct cancellation fees of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, provided that the cancellation was not due to a defect or malfunction in the product and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. It is clarified that cancellation fees are defined in the Consumer Protection Law as follows: including expenses or commitments for shipping, packaging, or any other expense or commitment incurred by the Company or for which the Company committed due to the engagement in the transaction or its cancellation.

8. The Company will refund the user within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice, the part of the transaction price that the user paid for the products and will cancel the paid charge. The cash refund will only be possible to the credit card used for the order on the website or by phone. Cancellation of a transaction and a cash refund for purchases made through the BIT application will be possible by locating the relevant user's BIT account and refunding the money directly to the user's credit card. 9. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the return and exchange policy for products in the Company's stores does not apply to products purchased on the website or by phone.

10. In any case of contradiction between the provisions of this document and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law shall prevail.

11. Product exchange will be possible upon presentation of the invoice.
